Rain

There are two types of people,
Those who like rain,
And those who don’t.
What do you think about when it’s raining?

About cold, wet, water falling from the sky?
Or about the fact that after rain, there is always sun?
I’m the one who loves rain.
It makes me feel cosy, safe, and not too warm or not too cold.

Also, I like rainbows and nature showing all of its beauty.
I don’t like to think about the bad things,
Wars, Famine, Global Warming, Homelessness,
The list is far longer than the things I love to have stuck in my head.

So, when it’s raining, I like to think about the beauty in the world,
Not of loss and hopelessness. Because I would like to believe,
That one day, one very beautiful day,
Everyone will feel that way.
